In previous years, The Dutch Spring Market was a modest gathering of 500 people. Recognizing its untapped potential, I overhauled the marketing strategy to transform it into a city-wide staple.
By pivoting to a partnership-led model, I brought Bent Stick Brewery on board to create a "bucket-list" experience: serving craft beer directly from the local windmill. I paired this experiential hook with a "boots-on-the-ground" poster campaign and targeted social media storytelling. The result was a 900% increase in attendance, maintaining an average of 5,000 guests for two consecutive years.
